The Faculty of Management Science and Informatics, University of Žilina, will hold face2face multiplier event with presentation of the results of TEACH4EDU4 project on Tuesday, February 14th 2023, in the RC001 room of the Faculty. More than 20 participants from higher education (Slovak and Czech universities), IT companies (global and local) and students will attend to this event. Agenda is:
09:30-10:00 Arrival, registration of participants, coffee
10:00-11:00 Welcoming participants (Peter Márton), presentation of project activities and project results (Dalibor Gonda, Peter Márton)
11:00-12:00 Lecture of the main speaker on the topic of the project (T.B.D.)
13:00-14:00 A detailed overview of some project results (JCC introduction – Jana Uramova, Michal Kvet, Michal Gregor, Peter Márton)
14:00-14:30 Discussion, information about the final activities of the project, questionnaire
The hosts of this event are members of the project team from the Faculty of Management and Informatics and the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies of the University of Žilina in Žilina - doc. Peter Márton, doc. Dalibor Gonda, doc. Michal Gregor, doc. Michal Kvet, Ing. Jana Uramová, PhD. and Ing. Michal Hodoň, PhD. The representative of the cluster of IT companies of the Žilina self-governing region, ZAIT, will also address the guests.
The aim of the event is to present and support the transition and transformation of higher education to Edu 4.0 with an emphasis on the possibilities of cooperation between universities and the IT industry, in identifying mutual needs, exchanging experiences and gathering proposals for possible ways of support and future application of the results of the TEACH4EDU4 project in society.
Above all, the results of the cooperation of the project partners as joint creative classes (Joint Creative Classrooms) can also be used at other universities and involve partners from industry to jointly address the real needs of education for the labor market.
